Getting married in the summertime in Malta can be challenging. Because the summer months get extremely hot and the rock becomes full of tourists. What’s more, lots of people tend to overwhelm some of the charm and intimacy of certain spots.

Having their families spreader worldwide, Emma and Cliff thought that Malta could be the ideal meeting point to celebrate their Maltese wedding. We first met at The Palace hotel for some getting ready shots, afterwards we reached Le Meridien St Julians Hotel for the wedding ceremony.

When Emma asked me where we could go for the wedding photoshoot, with no hesitation the answer was Mdina – The Silent City. Such a shame for the increased tourist flow though! Fortunately, we manages to take some beautiful shots keeping the intrusers out of the frames. Short but sweet!
